Baryon Group has acquired a stake in FintechWerx, a Canadian e-commerce technology company delivering enrollment, automated identity verification, payment solutions, and data management services. FintechWerx provides solutions to a niche customer base and technology stack that is currently underserved.
Baryon Group brings experience in fintech in payments, exchanges, blockchain technology, and microloans, as well as experience in e-commerce.
FintechWerx is working towards listing on the Canadian Stock Exchange (CSE) under the ticker CSE:WERX.
