Being seasoned entrepreneurs, we can relate to small business owners. We have helped dozens of companies achieve their goals in Canada, USA, and Europe.

We acquire companies with $200K to $3M in earnings, and up to $10M in revenue. Our focus is on various blue collar services industries, manufacturers, technology services, education, and online businesses.

We bring global expertise in sales & marketing, finance, technology, and operations. We are open to working with owners in messy or distressed situations and are open to various deal structures.

The Team

Michael Dyatchenko - Founder

Over the past 12 years Michael built 5 organizations and worked with dozens of companies, from startups to Fortune 500s. He completed over 100 projects in most industries and domains in Canada, US, and Europe. He now acquires small businesses in various industries, applying his extensive expertise.

He has led sales, marketing, accounting, and technology teams in various industries. These include manufacturing, construction, e-commerce, finance, technology, agriculture, and more.

Intersecting business, technology, and math, Michael founded a consulting firm, Blue Harbour Consulting. The firm applies expertise in data and technology to solve complex problems for leaders.

Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Michael values competence and working smarter and harder than the norm. He brings diverse global perspectives, speaking English, French, Russian, and Mandarin.

When he's not working, he seeks adventure and chases bigger and bigger challenges. Having been a large lineman playing American football, he now cycles, climbs mountains, and travels the world.

Layla Ma - Investor

Layla Ma has over a decade of experience growing businesses using her expertise in data & technology. Her experiences span many industries, including construction, manufacturing & distribution, retail, and real estate.

Layla is exceptional at growing and managing teams with her high standards of excellence. Blending her technical expertise as an MIT graduate with her business expertise, she has led complex company-wide transformations.

Originally from China, Layla has lived in the UK, Germany, and Canada. She embraces diversity and brings unique global perspectives.

Layla now invests in and acquires small businesses across North America. An active adventurer, she finds great joy in cycling and travelling the world.
